How do you take a race-ready cross-country machine and make it into the bike you ride everyday? Kona shows us how with their Big Kahuna, a svelte, race-ready aluminum hardtail with plus-sized 27.5 x 2.8-inch Schwalbes to grab handfuls of traction and float over gnarly terrain. These meaty tires raise the fun factor along with the bike’s versatility, enhanced by a 100mm RockShox Recon RL fork that keeps the front end tracking and your excitement high. That all-important rubber is well-supported by a pair of 40mm-wide WTB Scraper rims which are light enough to make their formidable strength seem impossible. All this rolling stock gets moving thanks to drivetrain components from Shimano and RaceFace, married in a 2x10-speed system with go-anywhere range. And, Shimano’s hydraulic disc brakes give you braking abilities that’ll make you contemplate equipping the bike with a seatbelt. Defy traditional bike boundaries and see what you can do on a Big Kahuna.

Affordability and durability make the 140mm travel Process 134 a special blend. It’s got just enough travel to be stout enough to ride in a wide variety of terrain, while still having the playful snappy feel the Process line is known for.
We had fun designing the Rove NRB DL. With homage to its steel cousin, the NRB has creative geometry to allow for bigger tire clearance, and custom dropouts that are easily used with fenders. Size XS comes with smaller 40c tires. Nicely dressed with a Shimano 105 2x11 drivetrain, a carbon fork, and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, the NRB DL is a unique bike that is ready for anything.
The Wozo takes fat bike stereotypes and tosses them out the window. Sure, it’s great to ride in typical fat bike conditions, but it also rips on singletrack, and with those big old Maxxis tires, traction is paramount and bumps dissolve with ease. We’ve moved the Wozo to 27.5-inch wheels and beefed up the travel from 100mm to 120mm with a Manitou Mastodon Comp fork. This gives you an even plusher feel when things start to get hectic, whether on trail or off.
The Libre is the result of years of dreaming up the ultimate carbon dream machine. It’s part road bike, part mountain bike, part gravel grinder, and entirely badass. A Shimano 105 2x11 drivetrain ensures maximum gear range, while WTB 650b tubeless ready wheels provide ample clearance for your favorite tires. Our new Kona Verso Carbon Touring fork is one of the only carbon forks on the market that allows for multiple rack and fender mounting options.
Cruising has never been more fun. The Splice-E brings the joy of a pedal assist bike to familiar territory. Bosch power meets a Shimano Alivo drivetrain and Suntour suspension fork. Hydraulic disc brakes provide excellent stopping power, giving you total control while out on your next adventure, whether that’s bar hopping through town or out ripping around backwoods bike paths.
The Electric Ute is our newest addition to our pedal-assist lineup. We took the success of our Ute and beefed up the fork and added a tapered steer tube adding stiffness to the ride. Looking to ditch the car? The Electric Ute is your answer. The battery is semi-integrated into the frame for a more streamlined look. Haul kids, haul groceries, haul building supplies or even your furry friend. Stylish, comfortable, and incredibly functional as a full-on cargo machine, the Electric Ute is powered by a Bosch motor, ensuring you and your gear can make it up the steepest of hills with total ease.
