We strive to offer the best prices in Nova Scotia. If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from a Nova Scotia retailer's store or website, we will match the price for up to 30 days after purchase. 

PRICE PROTECTION POLICY

If an item goes on sale within thirty days of purchase, a one-time price adjustment will be offered. The previously purchased item must be identical to the sale item and a partial refund of the purchase price will be issued in-store credit.

INVENTORY

We have the largest inventory of bikes, parts, and accessories in Atlantic Canada. If you are looking for something and don’t see it in-store or on our website, please let us know and we’ll try to get it for you.

AVAILABILITY

  • IN STOCK
    The item is in our shop. Please call ahead to confirm availability and have it set aside for pick up.
  • IN SUPPLIER WAREHOUSE
    Many of the items on our website are offered directly from our suppliers. This allows us to offer you thousands of options beyond what can be kept in-store. Typical turnaround time for these items is 5-8 business days for in-store pickup or shipment to you.
  • BACK-ORDERED, OUT OF STOCK, OR UNAVAILABLE
    Occasionally, items may be unexpectedly out of stock, unavailable, or back-ordered. We will only bill your credit card for items when they are shipped. We always send an order confirmation before we ship, as well as information about any back-ordered, out of stock, or unavailable items. 

SPECIAL ORDERS

We have the largest inventory of bikes, parts, and accessories in Atlantic Canada. In the event we do not have the exact item you are looking for, a special order may be possible. Special Orders, with the exception of bicycles, must be paid in full at the time of order and are considered final sale. A special order is defined as anything we do not normally keep in our inventory.

For Special Order bicycles, we require a 50% deposit at the time of order. If you do not ultimately purchase the bicycle, your deposit will be placed in-store credit. 

LAYAWAY

The required down payment for all items placed on layaway is 50% of the total purchase price. Payments must be completed within 60 days. All deposits on sale bikes are non-refundable. 

ONLINE PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to ensure our pricing is correct and up to date. While we try to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. If you have already paid for the item(s), you will receive a full refund.

We do our best to keep our website current, however, typographical or other errors or inaccuracies may still occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies, or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

ONLINE BIKE PURCHASES

Bikes purchased online will be assembled by one of our trained technicians, who will build and inspect the bike. The bike will be fully assembled and ready for you to come in for a professional fitting. Any accessories, including pedals, fenders, lights, and other items can be installed for you at this time.

Bikes purchased online and shipped to you will be assembled by our trained technicians before delivery. Set up is fairly simple; usually, it’s just a matter of fitting and adjusting the bars, attaching the front wheel, fitting the pedals, and fitting and adjusting the seat post. Instructions from the manufacturer will be included in the box. 

RETURNS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

It’s our aim to provide a hassle-free return service. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to our store within 30 days of purchase or pickup. We will accept any item for refund or exchange within this timeframe, with the exception of special orders. Please retain your printed receipt as proof of purchase. Returned items must have original packaging and tags. Items must be in new, unused condition.

Some brands offer comfort guarantees that allow you to try out an item risk-free and return it if it doesn’t meet your needs or expectations. Guarantee periods vary by brand.

All cycling shorts and other bottoms worn next to skin are final sale, excluding manufacturer comfort guarantees.

All clear-out and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

We are not able to offer refunds on bicycles. Bicycles returned will be subject to inspection and are eligible for store credit or exchange only if found to be in perfect condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. To complete an online return, please contact us with proof of purchase and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return shipping instructions via email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and encouraged to use a trackable service with insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, email notification will be sent to confirm receipt of your item. If approved, your return will be processed within three business days and an email with return or exchange details will be sent to the address provided.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

All items we ship are in new and unused condition unless otherwise stated in the online item description. If a package is delivered in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing or accepting delivery. If you choose to accept the damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for return shipment. Please leave the item in its original packaging. This will assist us with claim processing through the shipping company. We will do our best to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible (subject to availability).

INCORRECT/MISSING ITEMS

In the unfortunate event you receive your order and we have made an error (incorrect/missing items), please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty claims are processed through our suppliers and subject to their discretion. If you believe you have a warranty issue, please contact us. You will need the original purchase receipt, photos of the defect and/or an explanation of the issue.
