For the safety of our staff and customers, we have modified our operations and will continue to serve our customers in the following methods:

New Store Hours

Hours of operation have been updated to the following: 

  • Tues. to Fri.: 10 am - 6 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
  • Sun. and Mon.: Closed

ONline Order Pickups

Online orders can be picked up at our store. Our fulfillment team will let you know as soon as your order is ready and our front door staff will have your order brought to you. 

Please note:

  • For same day pickup, orders must be made by 4 pm Tuesday through Friday and 3 pm on Saturday
  • Individual items from orders cannot be picked up until the entire order has been fulfilled and you have been notified your order is ready
  • Online orders cannot be modified once submitted. If you want to add or remove items from your order contact us to cancel it and start over again

Order Deliveries

Our delivery service will now be available Tuesday through Saturday during business hours. Orders for next day delivery must be made before 4 pm. Learn more about available service areas and delivery fees.

REpair Pickups and Deliveries

Book an appointment to have your bicycle serviced, we'll pick it up and drop it off when completed. When your bike arrives at our shop our Service Writers will assess what needs to be done and contact you with a quote and date the repair will be completed. Please note: All repairs will be subject to a $20 disinfecting charge (COVID-19). 

All completed repairs will be paid prior to delivery by online invoice and deliveries will be scheduled for the next available date. Learn more about available service areas and associated fees.

Store pickup and drop-off for Repairs

We are offering curbside drop-off/pick up of repairs. Email us what your bike needs, then pull up and park your bike in front of the shop. We’ll grab it and have our Service Writer book it in with the next available technician and provide you with a repair quote and completion date.  
When finished, we’ll notify you by email or text and send you an online invoice to pay ahead of pickup. A staff member will be attending the door/lineup to expedite service. They will have the bike brought out to you. PLEASE NOTE, a $20 disinfection charge will be applied (on pickup and before delivery).

In-store Shopping by appointment

We'll be offering in-store shopping by appointment to customers who are looking for a one on one sales experience. Appointments are 30 minutes long at every hour. After each appointment, we clean the store for a safe environment for the next customer. Appointments are first come first serve and can be scheduled by;
