We understand that many of our customers rely on their bicycle for daily transportation and/or recreation. To support our customer’s cycling needs and to reinforce social distancing during the COVID-19 situation we are providing pickup and delivery service within HRM. This service applies to bicycle repairs and online sales.
Deliveries and repair pickups will occur on Tuesdays through Fridays. Orders for next day deliveries and repair pickups must be made before 4 pm (3pm on Saturdays). Orders past the deadline will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. Depending on the number of orders your order may be bumped to another day. Deliveries and pickups will occur during business hours only.
When your bike arrives at our shop our Service Writers will assess what needs to be done and contact you with a quote and date the repair will be completed. Please note: All repairs will be subject to a $20 disinfecting charge (COVID-19). Bicycles will be wiped down before and after service for staff and customer safety.
All completed repairs will be paid prior to delivery by online invoice and deliveries will be scheduled for the next available date.
