We are currently looking to fill the position of a Full Time Bicycle Technician on our team. The successful candidate will be working directly with our service team. While experience in the industry is preferred, a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to help others are the most important attributes we look for in candidates.

We are currently looking to fill the position of a Part Time Customer Service Member on our team. The successful candidate will be working directly with our customer service team. You would need to ensure customer satisfaction, and exceed customers’ expectations. You would be expected to support all the store’s operational duties, and learn and understand the products and services we offer.

Customer Outreach and Sales

We are driven to encourage and enhance an active, cycling lifestyle through uniquely positive customer service and we want to help deliver this vision by striving to surpass customer expectations.

We are currently looking to fill a new position of Customer Outreach and Sales on our team. The successful candidate will be working directly with our management team. The Customer Outreach team member will be responsible to coordinate our special events, charity rides, and other outreach programs we currently are involved with and responsible for the creation of new programs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the various social media platforms and public relations, and has superior communication skills.

If you are passionate about the outdoor lifestyle and love empowering new people to get out and enjoy the outdoors, this is the perfect job for you. Cycling would be a bonus but not necessary.
